STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT DEPT. HEAD
Requirements :
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum education bachelor degree (S1). Preferably from Economics and Industrial Engineering major, from top universities. Master Degree (MBA) is an added plus
- Experianced in strategic management, at least 5 years. Preferably in Holding/multi-business management structure
- Familiar with KPI and Balanced Scorecard
- Experienced in analyzing financial report
- Able to do strategic thinking and planning, root cause analysis and complex problem solving
- Exellent communication and presentation skills
- Have worked with Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA in previous work is an added plus
- Love challenge
- Willing to be placed in Makassar
